Stage 2 of the Campaign involves the submission of personal information (Information) by you via the website to create a profile of each agency, including the gender, age, racial, and physical attributes, of each agency’s employees. Your name and email will not be published or appear on the website and all Information submitted will be aggregated.
By submitting the Information, you grant to us the perpetual, non-revocable, royalty-free right to use, access, compile and or otherwise exploit the Information by any means, including on the website, Campaign media releases and third party publications.
We will never disclose your Information to a third party other than for the purpose of the Campaign or with your consent.
The Campaign and this website may be taken down, modified, suspended or terminated at any time without notice.
Any resemblance of the “Changing the Face” agency profile to any actual person who either participated in the Campaign is unintentional and purely coincidental.
All rights, including intellectual property rights, in the “Changing the Face” data and website are owned by Ogilvy Australia.
To the extent permitted by law, the Campaign Sponsors are not liable for any lost profits, revenues, information, or data, or consequential, special, indirect, exemplary, punitive, or incidental damages arising out of or related to use of your Information.
You agree to indemnify the Campaign Sponsors and, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in interest, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates, harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including legal fees), made against the Campaign Sponsors by any third party arising out of or in connection with use your Information or this website.
