  • Stage 2 of the Campaign involves the submission by you via the website of:
    1. A photograph of yourself to create the “Changing the Face” composite photograph (Photograph); and
    2. Personal information (Information) to create a profile of each agency, including the gender, age, racial, and physical attributes, of each agency’s employees.
  • Your name and email will not be published or appear on the website and all Information submitted will be aggregated. 
  • The Campaign Sponsors will only use your photograph for the purpose of the Campaign and creating the “Changing the Face” Photograph.
  • By submitting a photograph for participation in the Campaign you: a) warrant that it is a photograph of yourself and you are over 18 years of age; b) warrant it is your own original photograph in which you own all rights or have appropriate rights to use for the purposes of the Campaign; c) grant the Campaign Sponsors and their representatives a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your photograph for the purposes of the Campaign; d) agree for your information to be used as proposed under the Campaign, and otherwise subject to the above mentioned privacy policy.
  • By submitting the Information, you grant to us the perpetual, non-revocable, royalty-free right to use, access, compile and or otherwise communicate the Information by any means, including on the website, Campaign media releases and third party publications.
  • We will never disclose your Information to a third party other than for the purpose of the Campaign or with your consent. 
  • The Campaign and this website may be taken down, modified, suspended or terminated at any time without notice.
  • Any resemblance of the “Changing the Face” Photograph or agency profile to any actual person, alive or deceased, who either participated in the Campaign is unintentional and purely coincidental.
  • All rights, including intellectual property rights, in the “Changing the Face” Photograph, data and website are owned by Ogilvy Australia.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the Campaign Sponsors are not liable for any lost profits, revenues, information, or data, or consequential, special, indirect, exemplary, punitive, or incidental damages arising out of or related to use of your Information or photograph.
  • You agree to indemnify the Campaign Sponsors and, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in interest, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates, harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including legal fees), made against the Campaign Sponsors by any third party arising out of or in connection with use your photograph, Information or this website.
